Hadi Adineh is an instructor at Information Technology Department, Faculty of Engineering, Payame Noor University (PNU) of Iran. Also he is a member of Open and Distance Education Research Institute (ODERI). He has some experiences on grid computing and developing projects using Gridsim. In addition He has some additional experiences of development and managing a Learning Management System (LMS), based on Moodle, researching on “Building an asynchonous web-based learning environment due to psychological factors that influence learning”.  His research leads to using an easy implementable and open source software (elgg)  to manage student-student, student-lecturer, lecturer-lecturer relationships at his department (Computer Science and IT department, Payame Noor University, Dargaz branch). Title of his M.Sc. thesis was : “Agent-bsed web service on grid computing”; therefor, he is familiar and professional with grid computing. Currently, he is manager and main strategist of “Hadi Virtual World” (hadiVW). HadiVW is an IT engineering and researching group with 3 labs working on e-learning, cloud and grid computing and service oriented architecture (SOA) and Business Process Management (BPM). At cloud-grid.com team they’re now working on Service Level Agreements (SLA) algorithms and cycloid methods in resource discovery in grid and cloud computing.
