Using social networks for eLearning
My research leads to using an easy implementable and open source software (elgg) to manage student-student, student-lecturer, lecturer-lecturer relationships at our department ( Computer Science and IT department, Payame Noor University, Dargaz branch ). It is very suitable and easy to use.
Investigating virtual social activities on eLearning improvements
We are now trying to improve our eLearning suite to increase effectiveness of that suite. Adding social network facilities, is one of these improvements.
Increase accessibility of classes for geographically isolated students
Based on our research, using Internet as a medium of learning, increase accessibility of classes for geographically isolated students. Results of the research published at ACTC 2012. It entitled : ” Examination of the impact of web-based virtual instruction environment on geographically isolated students in computer & information technology.”
